A one-day intensive hot glass workshop specifically for beginners.
Instructor and assistant will go over the basics of the process of blowing glass vessels. Although a one-day course does not provide enough time for the student to work entirely solo, the instructors will fully help guide each student with completing their own vessel from first gather out of the glass tank to knocking off the pontil and on into the annealer. Students will be able to take home their vessel the day after the workshop. Instructors are from the highly experienced house staff who daily run the “Make Your Own Vessel” program at WheatonArts.
